The map is oriented with west at top, with the calvary outside the city walls at top right. This plate originates from: 'the general large historical, judicial, chronological, geographical, and literal name and dictionary, of the gantschen h. Bible. Serving the memorial-pieces of the jews and other antiquities, for the clarification of the h. Scripture \. Now translated into the low german, admirably enlarged, and enriched with remarks, by matthew gargon.' and it's additons: 'by-vowel to the general capital \. Name and dictionary \.
