The decanters give a decidedly French feel to a table setting and can be used to serve water, wine, or favorite drinks. Equally at home for use in the kitchen or your cocktail bar.

The details on the roosters are hard to capture in photos since they are clear glass; however, in person the feathers, face, and feet are easier to view.

These vintage decanters did not originally hold liquor or any other liquids. The pair are from an Atlanta estate and were ordered from France late 1990’s.

One still has the original plastic stopper and one has a replacement cap. The heads of the roosters simply pull off. The one with the replacement cap is not as tight as the one with the original cap.

Please note the photo editor I used makes the bases appear out of round. Please see the photo # 4 which depicts the bases in a better light. Clear glass or crystal are always had to photograph.
