Amazing sideboard, attributed to Charles Dudouyt, circa 1940, in solid oak, with two doors with two shelves each and three drawers. The concentric circles carved on the doors, the semicircle at the bottom, and the perfect curve of the legs make this piece a perfect example of Dudouyt's work, masterfully combining the power of Brutalism with the elegance of Art Deco.
The sideboard measures 190 cm long, 50 cm deep, and 106 cm high. It is in very good condition, with signs of wear, especially on the drawer handles. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity
