each lamp is executed in moulded clear glass encasing a deep cranberry-coloured core in the sommerso technique, creating a rich interplay of colour, depth and light. The sculptural form tapers elegantly from a solid, faceted base into a slender column, characteristic of kedelv’s glass designs for flygsfors during the period.

both bases are individually handcrafted and retain their original incised “flygsfors” signatures, confirming authenticity. The lamps feature nickel-plated tops and have been professionally rewired with twisted white textile cords, making them suitable for worldwide use (110–240v). They are fitted with standard e27 sockets (compatible with e26 bulbs) and have been equipped with discreet pull-switch mechanisms, providing a practical and unobtrusive on/off function.

each lamp measures approximately 35 cm in height (13.8 inches), with bases measuring approximately 9.5 × 9.5 cm (3.7 × 3.7 inches). One base is slightly smaller, as expected from handcrafted production.

the lamps remain in excellent vintage condition, with clean and well-preserved glass and only minor signs of wear consistent with age and use.

the lamps are completely rewired for a 110-240 volt electricity grid suitable for worldwide use. The grounded euro (schuko) plugs are easy to use with adapter in gb, usa and similar systems, or to change to the local variant. Light bulb fittings: the common: e27 medium edison screw (es) (fits e26 equally well). The lamps are prepared with uno shade fittings (threaded rings).
