Denmark, ca. 1960s. A stunning sideboard or cabinet from Børge Mogensen’s 232 series - manufactured by CM Madsens for FDB Møbler. Features finely executed rosewood construction with a smartly outfitted birch interior supported by a plinth style base. Solid cylindrical brass hinges and clever key/handle hardware are both understated yet elegant. Three shallow drawers, two deep drawers, and four shelves easily pull in and out. They can also be reconfigured to suit one’s specific storage needs. Lightly refurbished and in overall excellent vintage condition.
A timeless example of Mogensen’s devotion to functionality and quality. Perfect for a dining room, living room, or home office.
