The … Read more This impressive chandelier was designed by italian designer gaetano sciolari in the 1970s for the german manufacturer staff leuchten. The design combines the striking brutalist style with a touch of futuristic elegance: several chrome-plated metal cylinders are arranged at different heights and fitted with spherical light sources, creating a sculptural, almost architectural light installation. Gaetano sciolari (1927–1994) was one of the most influential italian lighting designers of his time. Known for his avant-garde and luxurious designs, he worked for renowned manufacturers such as stilnovo, lightolier, and staff.
