Contemporary pixelated portrait painting of Billy the Kid, an American outlaw and gunfighter of the Old West who was linked to nine murders and who has since been immortalized in various books, comics, songs, movies, and TV shows.
Similar to pointillism, the individual hand-painted dots of color come together to form the image when viewed from afar. Painted on a clear polystyrene layer, the piece comes to life when framed.
Signed in the front lower left corner. Currently hung in a black frame.
