Its form features a broad, flared rim that gently curves outward, balanced on a rounded pedestal base. Finished in a mottled green glaze with variations in tone, giving it a rich, organic, almost jade-like appearance. There are gold flecks in the finish on the inside of the vessel. The glaze drips softly downward, enhancing its fluid, handcrafted quality. Contrasting in a cream hue, decorated with evenly spaced vertical grooves that create a ribbed effect. Thin golden accents highlight these grooves, adding a touch of refinement. On either side, stylized scroll handles extend outward, reminiscent of Ionic column volutes. They are highlighted with subtle gold detailing, underscoring the vessel’s neoclassical influence. The bottom is marked "Marjoru". The opening is 10.5" diameter and halfway down, where you might insert a plant, it measures 6" diameter. See less
