Artist describes city of Paris in France in this breath taking oil on canvas painting. The artist, has signed the painting on the right lower end. The colors, textures and subject is fantastic. Brush strokes, monuments, street and the clouds with homage character. We believe the signature reads E Perez. The art is in excellent condition without visible signs of aging. We believe it belongs to the vintage era. Painting is in Original heavily decorated texturized wood frame, with half inch white textile liner.
The frame 22" W. x 19" H. x 5.25" Corners. Art 14" W. x 11" H.
