Rogov in 2006, depicts the historic Mainz Cathedral (Mainzer Dom) — an architectural jewel of Germany and one of the revered "Imperial Cathedrals" of the Holy Roman Empire.

With expressive brushstrokes and warm, glowing tones, the artist captures the majestic triple-towered facade of this Romanesque masterpiece under a sunset sky. The cathedral, officially dedicated to St. Martin of Tours and St. Stephen, has stood for over a millennium and served as the site of multiple royal coronations during the Middle Ages. Located in the heart of Mainz, the cathedral is a powerful symbol of sacred imperial history and ecclesiastical influence.
