One dragon is rendered in emerald green with shimmering gold accents, the other in a rich reddish-brown — both featuring a subtle glitter effect in the enamel that glistens under the light.



The intricate wirework captures every detail: finely scaled bodies, flowing manes, fierce eyes, and powerful talons, all surrounded by traditional swirling cloud and flame motifs. This dynamic composition is a hallmark of Meiji-revival cloisonné craftsmanship during the 1940s–1950s, a period known for reviving and refining the great designs of the late 19th century.
