Saly was known for his sculptures, including a marble bust of a young girl exhibited at the Salon in 1750.

Several versions of this bust exist in different materials, including marble, terracotta, bronze, and plaster. The bust in the image appears to be a later copy, possibly from the 19th or 20th century, as indicated by similar descriptions of signed "Saly" busts in our research.
