On the underside, it is labeled by Ray O'Donnell Interiors of Vero Beach, Lake Park and West Palm Beach. It is corded with an off/on switch on the cord as well as on the socket and in good working order. Height is 30" tall to the top of the finial. The shade is in used condition with a minor stain but definitely usable as is if desired. Great colors! See less
