One of the … Read more Pair of beautiful round paintings from the early 18th century depicting Roman countryside with architecture and figures. One of the two depicts the Egeria fountain. On the back of the painting, there is an old attribution to Francesco Zuccarelli (1702 - 1788). Both are in their original, coeval frames. The dimensions with the frames are 30 cm, while the paintings measure 22.5 cm. The one depicting the Egea fountain has already been cleaned and does not require any restoration, while the other still needs a small cleaning. See less
