Andres Orpinas moved to United States in year of 1962 according to the research from Chile. He has impressive auction records, internationally known, for limited edition/no limited edition prints, and lithographs also created Franklin Mint Porcelain plaques and plates . The art has beautiful contemporary gilt wood frame ,liner, and gold border.
