Biography: fernand flausch (1948–2013) was a belgian artist from liège, trained at the city's academy of fine arts, where he taught screen printing from 1973 onwards. A leading figure in belgian pop art, he developed a colourful and exuberant visual universe combining painting, comics, neon, video and installations.
