Each of the six lower brass … Read more A very elegant, italian nine-arm ‘spider’ pendant light by stilnovo dating from the 1950s. Each of the six lower brass reed arms is accompanied by six copper leaves finished in a cream enamel, which cascade downwards, whilst the top three sit high to create an overall lighting effect. The brass is vibrant and has a lovely patina, and the black metal reeds that hold the bulbs are in good clean condition. The black metal ceiling rose has a screw for adjusting the height. There are a couple of marks on the cream enamel leaves, which would be expected of a piece of this age - please see last image. Professionally rewired and ready to use.
