This is aigned, but unmarked mug in black with a pink floral design at the top. The handle is painted gold and is a dragon with dragon feet and a tail. This is shown from several angles. The mug is porcelain and is white on the inside. The signature is shown and looks to be E Rubertin, but I do not know who that is. There is a chance the flowers are hand painted, and they have some hand decorated detail.
The mug measures about 3 1/8 inches across and is 5 5/8 inches tall.
The base is black as shown. There are no chips, cracks, or other damage. The inside is mostly clean and I am still cleaning it. It is likely not dishewasher safe.
