This particular piece was produced … Read more This is a Pedestal Dining Table, originally designed in 1956 by Eero Saarinen for Knoll. This particular piece was produced in the USA in the 1960s. The base is formed of cast iron which is coated in a white satin finish. Its top is made of smooth white satin laminate and is finished with a beveled edge, giving the piece its iconic side profile. It retains a partial Knoll International label reflecting their 320 Park Avenue location‚Äôs address, allowing us to properly date the piece. See less
