the condition is very good! only a piece of the edge has broken off - see detailed photo. This edge is not visible after the three mounting screws have been tightened. Despite the damage, the glass can be screwed onto the base and is secure. See pictures. The item has been cleaned, is fully functional, and ready for immediate use!
