That makes it between 2020 and 2025. It is oil on canvass. The piece is 12 inches by 12 inches. It has a white wooden painted frame on it that measures 17 3/4 x 17 3/4 . The frame is one and a half inches wide. I love Miss Penny because of the infectious smile she has on her face. We have it front and center in our kitchen and she welcomes everyone to the most important room in the house! Many of our guests comment on it. Even though she's small, she is mighty! There are pinks, greens, and beiges in the painting. See less
