Wonderful handheld mirror with twisted green blown glass handle, palm-sized toilet mirror, with bronze frame, signed on the back with "Venini Murano" engraved in bronze, made around 1930, with a beautiful patina covering the entire object. A well-known mirror, featured in the general catalog of Venini glassworks and published several times.

Useful information for evaluating the object:
From an internet search, we find that the same mirror in a transparent version but with a smaller handle is offered for sale at €3,500, while similar Venini mirrors have been sold at auction for €2,000 to €3,000 plus auction fees. Ours is missing the upper glass twist that surrounds the mirror, so it is obviously worth less than the one given as an example, but we have included it only to give an idea of the value of the object if it were complete. In fact, our asking price is much lower precisely because of this serious flaw. It should be noted, however, that the mirror, i.e., the reflective glass, although it has some flaws, is original to the period and has never been replaced. This piece has an attribution mark,
