Scale half model of JP Morgan's private steam yacht "Corsair II", flagship of the New York Yacht Club. The quality is evident. Planked mahogany deck, incredible built up mahogany cabins with raised panels. Countless Skylights with mahogany frames and brass bars. Other details include steam funnel, stubbed masts, wheel, binnacle, signal cannon, winch, deck plates, bitts, telegraph, steam whistle, etc.
The sleek hull is painted black over green with a row of brass portholes. Mounted to a wood backboard. Brass legend plate on backboard.
