A scarlet tanager (male) perched on white oak branches by artist Dorothy Doughty (1892-1962).
Manufactured by Royal Worcester Porcelain of England in 1954 from Doughty's highly collectible American Bird series.
Standing 12" high, 8" wide.
Marked Royal Worcester 1954 on bottom along with the Dorothy Doughty signature.
