The offering here is a pair of beautiful, vintage, Neo Classical design table lamps. Thie choice is whether or not you want to restore them or keep them in the vintage condition that gives them such wonderful character? When I received these from an estate sale, I was thrilled to have such wonders in my possession. They are extremely sturdy, was my first introduction. I was interested to find out that the shades were made of metal and the bases were combination of wood and metal. The shape of these lamps is a classic urn on wood plinth design. I'm absolutely in love with the Mustard Yellow original paint! The traditional wreath and swag pattern on the lamps are just enough, and do not overwhelm. For those of us who clamor to use original condition pieces in our designs, these will not disappoint. For a restoration aficionado, these would look stunning. The classics will never fail you in bringing a room’s look to fruition. There are worn away areas, metal that needs attention, updating of wiring, new tole painting, etc. These lamps are a practical size. They measure 23.25” tall from base to tip of finial. Lampshade is 13.25” wide x 9” tall. Base of lamp is 4.5” square. See less
