Church, because his legacy is a wonderful collection of pencil drawings, watercolors and prints, done in the 1920s in France and England. This one is a bit of a departure from our collection - friends of the artist, perhaps? We couldn't find anything about "Martin Spond", but the date of this charming piece seems to be June 5, 1921. It is matted in an acid-free mat to 8" x 10" for ease of framing and is in good condition with a darkened area in one corner of the image, as pictured. Love that Brilliantined hair See less
