These pieces feature hand-carved gilded wood, fluted legs, and genuine marble tops, staying true to the neoclassical design made famous during the reign of King Louis XVI.
Sold as a matching pair – extremely rare to find together. Few authentic pieces remain intact today, especially outside of museums or elite collections.
• Original mid-1800s craftsmanship
• Intricate ribbon, floral, and acanthus carvings
• Solid marble tops with beautiful veining
• Excellent structural condition with rich patina
• In complete original condition- never altered or restored- there are a few pins in the ribbons to keep together but pieces never restored to keep true originality. There are a few scratches on the legs.
