The chairs are very stable them the upholstery is not torn, but it’s stained it could be easily replaced. Moderate scuff marks that could be easily oiled out are commesurate with their age.
Dimensions: Each measures 24 wide, 25" deep and 38" tall. The arm height is 27 1/4". The seat measures 20" wide, 19" deep and 17" height. Each weighs 20 pounds.
