Vintage Large Chinese Carved Camphor Wood Storage Chest
Very nice Chinese Camphor wood blanket / storage chest (box) in excellent condition with only minor signs of age and use. Beautifully decorated with outstanding deep carved detailed scenes. The hinged lid lifts to reveal a very clean interior; and the aromatic camphor wood with its unique fragrance repels moths and other insects and makes it ideal for storing extra blankets, pillows, etc. at the foot of the bed. However, with its beautiful rich color and detailed carvings why not show it off in a main room as a very decorative coffee table ?
