This set was a limited edition produced by Sasaki from 1989 to 1990. The handles are unstained and unvarnished ebony and are maintained with occasional applications of mineral or other food grade oil. The stainless steel is Japanese 18/8. Two additional sets of four place settings are available making a total of twelve place settings available for sale. See less
