This exquisite tea set is from my mother's estate and I regret I don't know much about the origin and nothing about the artist that hand painted the beautiful pieces.
The set contains marks from Josephine Bavaria Porcelain (JHR) and T&V Limoges France, and appears to have been made, at least in part, in Germany in the late 19th century. All pieces but the footed tea cups are signed by the artist, Hildegarde Nicoletti, and the large handled serving plate includes an address. (See photos.)

4 Cake Plates (Marked JHR Favorite)
6 Saucers (Marked T&V Limoges France)
6 Footed Tea Cups (Unmarked or obscured with paint)
Note that the large serving plate shows a tad redder in the picture than it is in person.
The set is in fantastic condition given its age, with no structural damage or loss of paint.
