Base and top detach for easier handling. Top is currently used for dress hanging and there is currently a closet rod that is not mechanically fastened to the case for hanging up to knee length dresses. This rod can be easily removed without tools and shelves reinstalled. Some minor scratchs at the front comesurate with age. Pet and smoke free home. See less
