This flag is old new stock having never been used. This flag has never been used. This flag is in very good condition. This flag has a unique star design featuring 4 rows of 8 stars canted to the right. And 2 rows of 7 canted to the left. 46 star flags are rare as not to many where made. Some of this particular design can go back as far as 1889 times of the great land rush. Theadore Roosevelt and William Taft served as President under this flag. The frame size is 23.5”x 20.5” and the flag is 17”x 12”. All measurements are approximate. This flag is set in an age related frame and under glass. The frame is carved with a vine design. This is an American made flag and a great piece of American folk art history. See less
