On the Design:

The mid-century Persian kilim runner is divided into vertically banded segments, each meticulously defined by a sequence of contrasting patterns and hues. The dominant color field is a saturated red, exuding warmth and vitality, while flanking panels introduce a series of bold geometric stripes and patterns in brown, beige, cream and rust tones. On the entire field, there are geometric stripes with tribal motifs within them in varying colors—creating a sense of movement and energy while maintaining the symmetrical balance of the overall design.
