The lamp has a timeless design style that originated in the Mid 20th Century in North America. The base is of heavy cast brass with two bulbs with chain pulls operating each. The light is diffused with a linen drum lamp shade that has a unique presence on its own. All parts are intact and original. The lamp shows signs of wear that is consistent with its vintage age such as patina to the metal. See less
