Hand knotted in high quality Mahal wool (known for being more finely woven than most Persian rugs), the abrash of luminous, tangerine red in the spacious field is repeated in the outermost guard border, wrapping the series of highly stylized beige borders featuring ornate blue and golden blossoms representing rejuvenation and life.
