The iconic Konkylie lamp by iconic Danish designer Louis Weisdorf. This model is difficult to find on the secondary market. The Konkylie lamp was designed by Louis Weisdorf in 1963. It features a simple form yet a complex structure. It combines a sense of lightness and strength into a beautiful, structural whole. The lamp's outer basket consists of 12 identical panels that together create a seashell shape. This is an original piece manufactured by Lyfa. The lamps were once part of a permanent exhibition at the Tivoli amusement park in Denmark. The lamp is in average condition, with scratches, patina, and dents. Dimensions: diameter 40cm, height 40cm. The lamps have been thoroughly cleaned, and the cable has been replaced with a new, braided cable. A new metal canopy is included.
