The VL38 is an iconic lamp designed in the 1940s by Vilhelm Lauritzen, one of Denmark's most important modernist architects. It was originally created for the Danish Radio building in Copenhagen. The distinctive, asymmetrical leaf-shaped shade and brass arm give it an elegant yet functional character. The VL38 emits a soft, directional light, perfect for working, reading, or creating atmospheric lighting in a living room or bedroom. Today, the lamp is manufactured by Louis Poulsen, preserving the original details and timeless charm of Scandinavian design. Dimensions: Height: 38 cm, Shade width: 13.5 cm, Arm length: approx. 25 cm, Base diameter: 14 cm. The lamp is in perfect condition, a contemporary edition. The lamp has been thoroughly cleaned.
