This is an Eames Aluminum Group Soft Pad Management Chairs, Model EA217, originally designed by Charles and Ray Eames for Herman Miller in 1969. This chair dates to the late 1970s, early 1980s and is by Herman Miller.
The design features a cast aluminum frame, and has an adjustable 4-star base on casters. The seat has plush cushions that are 2 inches thick, and they're upholstered in brown leather.
