A powerful limited edition wildlife lithograph by American artist Sue Wise, AWS, dated 1977 and published by Frame House Gallery (copyright 1978). This signed and numbered piece (526/750) captures two falcons—or similarly majestic birds of prey—in dynamic flight, rendered in rich, earthy tones with expressive watercolor-style textures.
The composition blends realism and abstraction, typical of Sue Wise’s celebrated style, evoking motion and strength through sweeping forms and layered depth. Printed on fine textured art paper with generous borders. Hand-signed and numbered in pencil in the lower right.
This piece is unframed and in good vintage condition. There is a subtle vertical crease from prior storage that runs through the center of the sheet (see photos), but it does not detract from the impact of the image when viewed normally or framed.
