An incredible custom made pair of gold gilt carved leaf wood cornice window boards treatments.
The cornices were made for one of my clients in Palm Beach. However, in the end of the design project they were never installed or used so they do not have hardware holes of any kind.
They're stunning pieces of art really with heavily carved leafs and berries in solid wood with real antiqued gold leaf finish. (The top is not finished)
The carvings are so beautiful and intricately carved.
If you're lucky enough to have a pair of windows to fit these, you will not be disappointed. These were expertly constructed, very heavy and so unique..
They can also work as a pair of stunning shelves with a pair of mirrors flanking either side in a foyer.
