Tall antique early 20th century Chinese carved hardwood decorative table with octagonal top with marble inset; 4 curved legs ending in stylized hoof feet; joined by a lower central piece adding support and detailed with a bat figure. Heavily carved and pierced octagonal top and an elaborately detailed curved skirt of scrolling clouds, floral and animal motifs.
Condition: Generally Good Condition consistent with age. No damage. Solid, but some movement in the joints. From a Boston area estate; unimproved other than a surface cleaning.
Dimensions: 35" in height; 19" diameter at widest point; top is 14" across at the flat sides.
Approximate weight 25 pounds.
