Main border in a reciprocating inverted serrated floral design element with rams horn germinating vine. Inner minor in a repeating starburst design element and outer minor in a meandering vine and blossom design element. Great stripe borders in checkered diagonal striations adding to the rhythm. Lots of minor unique weaver nuances throughout. Colors and shades include: Pale coffee brown, faded turquoise, charcoal black, deep navy blue, cherry red, deep pomegranate red, navy blue, charcoal, oxidized silver, beige, platinum and more. Condition notes: Mostly even wear across to knot heads with small isolated areas of foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Multiple areas of expert restoration. For processing purposes, this and other rugs of the type may have painted numbers on the reverse side.
