think hans kögl’s floral fantasies—but older and very much in the maison baguès spirit. While kögl’s 1970s creations were icons in their own right, this piece predates them, blooming sometime earlier in the mid-century french style parade.

While the wiring is fully compatible, the bulbs must also be suitable for the lower u.s. Voltage. The ceiling light is fitted with e14 sockets, a european standard similar to the u.s. Candelabra base (e12). To use it in the u.s., you’ll need 110v e14-compatible bulbs, which are widely available online or at electrical supply stores in the u.s.
