Peach fizz & crystal bloom: a ceiling light with serious sparkle!
looking for a bit of "je ne sais quoi" overhead? may we suggest this dazzling confection of a ceiling light—straight from the glamorous mid-centuries and very much in the maison baguès spirit. Think: a brass frame dancing with crystal flowers, each bloom kissed with clear and peach-toned prisms that catch the light like champagne bubbles at golden hour. Two glowing bulbs nestle quietly beneath the shimmer, casting a warm, flattering light (read: ideal for dinner parties, dramatic entrances, or simply admiring your own reflection in a hallway mirror).
lighting troubles? we feel you. Good antique ceiling lights are rare, luxurious, and instantly transformative. So when we find one like this, with its poetic play of glass and gilding, we swoon a little.
the wiring’s been checked, of course, so she's ready to rise and shine—literally.
can it be used in the u.s.? oui, absolument. This beauty may be french, but she plays nicely with american voltage. This ceiling fixture features universal wiring designed for the higher european voltage (220–240v), but it can easily handle the lower u.s. Voltage (110–120v). While the wiring is fully compatible, the bulbs must also be suitable for the lower u.s. Voltage. The lamp is fitted with e14 sockets, a european standard similar to the u.s. Candelabra base (e12). To use it in the u.s., you’ll need 110v e14-compatible bulbs, which are widely available online or at electrical supply stores in the u.s. So to answer your question: yes, the lamp can be used in the u.s. The wiring has been thoroughly checked. We always recommend inviting your favourite licensed electrician over for the install.
