It was just … Read more This vintage shopping bag sculpture and or magazine holder has braided handles. It is from the 70's. It was just polished professionally to the tune of a big expense as it was black from tarnish for a long time. It was not lacquered so over anther period of time will begin to tarnish; that is the nature of the brass metal. A good brass cleaner will do the trick.
Labeled on the bottom Made in Hong Kong. The braided handles are brass. It is 15" H to the top of the handles. The width is 13". 11" High to the top where you would place a magazine in.
The depth inside for magazines is 4" and it is 4.25" D on the outside measurements.
