A two-part inlaid mahogany secretary desk by Kittinger Buffalo: the upper case features a molded cornice surmounting two glass doors with beautiful fretwork, opening to three interior shelves, two adjustable and one stationary with indentations for plate display. The bottom part consists of a desk front with compartmentalized interior and inlay on the cover, over three drawers, all supported by carved bracket feet.
The entire piece features cross-banded border veneers on the doors, cover, and drawers. Made in Buffalo, NY circa 1970, in very good overall condition. Some scratches on the desk door (very thin, possibly caused by a dog). The interior shelves present some discoloration.
