* The chairs were designed in the 1970s by Borge Mogensen for Karl Andersson & Söner in Sweden.

* The seat is covered with visually appealing and comfortable paper cord.

CONDITION
The chairs are in very well-maintained and more than good vintage condition with superficial and age-appropriate signs of wear on the solid wood frame and a few, typical patinas on the paper cord.
+ The wood has a few minor dents, surface scratches, or small nicks. One chair has a very small surface crack (not serious or deep - this can be seen in a photo above) at the top of one edge.
+ The cord weave has only a few minor surface abrasions and a few tiny stains. We consider the seat weave to be in very good, above-average condition; this condition is rarely found in mid-century chairs with paper cord seats.
