This is a magnificent tilt-top Chippendale style tea table in mahogany, with pie crust top. The table top is supported on a carved, twisted and decorated turned pedestal, with a tripod base ending in claw and ball feet. The base dates to the late 1700's while the top was replaced in the mid 1800's. The table has been professionally restored and is in excellent condition with strong figuring to the solid mahogany top and exhibiting a mellow patina. The table was crafted in Ireland.
The table measures 29 1/2" in diameter and 27 1/2" high
