It is labeled on the bottom Decorative Arts Inc. Hand Crafted Imports 4911. This was imported. It was professionally polished to the tune of a huge expense and now looks amazing. The angled black wood base was not restored. Has a great presence. It is 16.25" H without the base. It is 18.875" H with the base. Wood base is 2.65" H. The artist was born in 1944. it would look dynamite on a marble or granite larger base. See less
